After living in their home for 20 years, Mary Lou and Bob contacted Russell Parks to create the space they had always dreamed of.
It was a very creative process for all involved.
The front entry was relocated, a new roof installed, and a new kitchen and grape arbor were added.
Three bathrooms were renovated with tile and other amenities.
A fireplace was relocated and replaced with windows to take advantage of a view.
A revamped recycle bin in the kitchen allowed for access from both the inside and outside of house,
which places recyclables ready to be removed by curb-side pickup.
Another innovative idea is the “Murphy Pool Table” that rolls into space under a counter in the family room.
